The rooms are clean and air conditionned. We were therefore a few steps from from the lobby bathroom.

Guests can use airport shuttle service, laundry facilities and housekeeping service at the venue. I used that as a half-bathroom for our room.

The Management, We found this hotel to be in a great location, easy to get around Paris (even during the Metro strikes that had a little impact during our stay). The hotel does not have a restaurant but does provide a very good breakfast. Don't be put off by the lack of dining facilities, there are literally dozens of restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk. Alexis M Would definitely recommend this hotel.
